Turtle Quarterly, a literary magazine based in Minneapolis, publishes a variety of story-telling in thematic contexts in both print and web editions.   Founded in 2008 by  Kate Mulloy, Editor of Volume II and Regan Byrne Palmer, Editor of Volume I.
